Will Speck Appointed President of TSB Offshore

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Will Speck, PE, PMP as President of TSB Offshore, Inc. effective immediately. Will previously held the position of Director of Operations for the company.

Will has been with TSB for over 6 years.  During his time at TSB, he has focused on operations management, consulting, project management, and liability analysis for offshore and onshore facilities.  Will has over 18 years of oilfield experience in field operations, project management and operations management with TSB, Schlumberger and GE Wellstream.  He has worked in the Gulf of Mexico and overseas for over 10 years in China, East Malaysia, Peninsular Malaysia, and Vietnam, as well as the U.A.E., Oman, Central Asia and the United Kingdom.

Will holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University in Mechanical Engineering, is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) with the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute.
